Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via our courier on a next day delivery service (UK only) and we aim to ship all orders within 1-10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) depending on the volume of orders, order quantities and available stock. You will receive a notification via email and/or text message when your order has been shipped. 

In some instances delivery times could be longer due to problems outside of our control, if this occurs we will contact you to let you know.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer £16.00 flat rate shipping to mainland UK addresses, rates to to European addresses vary depending on location.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to all European countries, for other shipping locations please contact us before placing your order. When placing your order we may require your registered companies EORI number.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Synapsys Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at estore@synapsys-solutions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, Please contact us by email to estore@synapsys-solutions.com before returning your order to obtain a returns number from us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contacts us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of delivery) at estore@synapsys-solutions.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
